These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and j999 (the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our") in respect of your access to and use of the website available at https://j999.cam and all associated services, games, applications and content (collectively, the "Services").

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree", accessing any part of the Platform or placing a wager of any kind, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

j999 provides an online gaming and sports-betting environment targeting adult users, including users in Pakistan who choose to access the Platform. The Platform is designed to deliver cricket betting markets (including PSL, ICC tournaments and bilateral series), live dealer casino, slots, table games, instant games and esports betting, all denominated in or referenced against Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

In these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

To register and maintain an Account on j999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator/license jurisdiction applicable to your location. j999 strictly prohibits access by minors.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other individual, entity or corporation.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director or contractor of j999, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by j999 for breach of these Terms or any other policy.
• All personal information you provide during registration and thereafter is accurate, current and complete.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. j999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You must notify j999 immediately via the Help Centre if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

• j999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your identity, age and residential address at any time.
• Accounts that cannot be verified within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended pending completion of KYC checks.
• j999 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain secure login credentials.
• Account credentials must not be shared with, sold to or used by any third party under any circumstances.

All deposits made to your j999 Account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. j999 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds are published within the Platform's cashier section and may be subject to change without prior notice.

Payment method availability varies and is subject to the policies of the relevant payment service providers. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah within the Platform are provided as contextual information for Pakistani users and do not constitute an endorsement of gambling by any of those providers, nor do they imply any formal partnership, integration or affiliation between j999 and those institutions.

• Deposits are typically credited to your Account promptly, subject to payment provider processing times.
• j999 reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit where fraud, money-laundering risk or policy breach is suspected.
• Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the User's responsibility and will be detailed at the point of transaction.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (e.g., BTC, USDT) are subject to network confirmation requirements before being credited.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being fully met at the time of the request:

• Your Account has successfully completed all applicable KYC verification requirements.
• No active bonus wagering requirement remains outstanding on the Account balance.
• The withdrawal amount meets or exceeds the published minimum withdrawal threshold.
• The withdrawal request does not exceed the published maximum single or periodic withdrawal limit.
• No pending fraud investigation or account review is active on the Account.

Withdrawals will, wherever operationally feasible, be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are published within the Platform's cashier section. j999 does not guarantee processing within any specific timeframe during periods of high demand.

j999 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal request. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being declined and the funds being returned to the Account balance.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional incentives offered by j999 are governed by both these Terms and the specific bonus terms published at the time the offer is made. In the event of conflict between these Terms and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in respect of that offer.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses carry a rollover requirement that must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in the offer terms (e.g., a PKR 1,000 bonus at 30× requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers).
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: Placing a single wager exceeding the stated maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the entire bonus balance.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering completion. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live dealer products may contribute significantly less. Refer to the published contribution table.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited without exception.
• Abuse Prevention: j999 reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonuses where evidence of systematic exploitation, syndicate activity or bonus abuse is detected.
• Illustrative Figures: Any PKR bonus amounts referenced in promotional material (e.g., PKR 5,000 welcome bonus, PKR 25,000 reload offer) are illustrative unless the specific published promotion confirms the exact figure.

All games hosted on j999 operate under rules defined by the respective game providers. Users are expected to familiarise themselves with the rules applicable to each game prior to placing any Wager. By placing a Wager you confirm that you accept the rules of the game as applied by j999 and its providers.

• Game outcomes in RNG-based games are determined by certified random number generator software. j999 does not guarantee any specific outcome.
• Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and are not a guarantee of specific session results.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection or system error during a game round, j999 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the applicable stake to the User.
• Decisions made by j999 regarding disputed game outcomes are final.
• Sports betting markets are subject to settlement rules published within the Platform's sportsbook section. Odds are subject to change until the relevant market is suspended or closed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on j999. Breach of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another individual in circumventing the single-account requirement.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider trading on sporting outcomes or exploitation of known software errors.
• Attempting to launder funds of illegal origin through deposits, wagers and withdrawals on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse or threatening conduct toward j999 staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or otherwise extract proprietary data, odds feeds or Platform content.

All content on the j999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software code, database structures, trade marks and service marks — is the exclusive property of j999 or its licensed technology partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not authorise you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, adapt or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of j999.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive loss or damage arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its Services.
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, content or promotional material published on the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, modification or discontinuation of the Platform or any part thereof.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain secure credentials.
• Any financial loss arising from gambling activities conducted through the Platform.

Where applicable law does not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain types of damages, j999's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by such law.

j999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire user base. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we actively support players in maintaining control over their gambling activity.

The following responsible-gambling tools are available within your Account dashboard and can be activated at any time without requiring support-team assistance:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to restrict the amount of funds you can load into your Account within a given period.
• Wager & Loss Limits: Cap the total value of wagers placed or losses incurred within a defined timeframe.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automated alerts when you have been active on the Platform beyond a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Apply a temporary access restriction to your Account for a defined period — from 24 hours up to several weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term or permanent account closure if you feel you cannot control your gambling safely.

Either party may terminate the Agreement formed under these Terms at any time.

Closure by the User: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting j999 support via the Help Centre. Where a genuine responsible-gambling need is identified, closure requests will be treated as self-exclusion requests and processed accordingly.

Closure by j999: j999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraudulent or abusive conduct; failure to complete KYC verification; or as required by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

Upon Account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements that have not been fulfilled) will be returned to the User via a suitable payment method, subject to completion of identity verification and compliance checks.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, as determined by the jurisdiction under which j999 operates. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating any rights or obligations under Pakistani law, nor as constituting submission to the jurisdiction of any Pakistani court or regulatory authority.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should in the first instance raise the matter with j999 customer support via the Help Centre. j999 will endeavour to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the dispute resolution mechanism specified in the Platform's published complaints procedure.

j999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, j999 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or a prominent Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request Account closure before the revised Terms take effect.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of your rights and obligations.
